This sterling silver amethyst locket features a large, faceted rectangular amethyst. The Sterling Silver Amethyst Locket opens to take a keepsake or two photographs. Hallmarked in Edinburgh by the Edinburgh Assay Office.

Purple is the colour of royalty and the gemstone amethyst was associated with luxury in the ancient world. In Chinese culture, amethyst is associated with prosperity. Traditionally known for their calming and meditative qualities, amethysts are said to bring peace and life balance to the wearer. Amethyst is the birthstone for February.

The large, emerald-cut amethyst at the centre of our square locket has been chosen for its cut, colour and clarity. Inspired by a vintage design, this dramatic amethyst locket features a marcasite setting.

Made of sterling silver, the Lily Blanche amethyst locket is hallmarked by the Edinburgh Assay Office with a full UKĀ  hallmark. The amethyst locket comes in a pretty black, ribbon-finished presentation box with a polish cloth and storage pouch to keep it sparkling.

The amethyst locket is one of our largest lockets and measures 40mm x 22mm (1.5 inches x 0.9 inches). The locket comes with a sterling silver curb chain in a choice of lengths. Amethyst earrings and cocktail ring are also available.Ā

Our pouches are made for us in the USA and incorporate InterceptĀ® technology to keep your jewellery sparkling when it is not being worn.

In the envelope with your name on it, you will find a polish cloth to keep your silver or gold jewellery clean. There is also a ring sizer. Keep it in your jewel box as it will come in handy.

If your item is a gift, you can opt to add a complimentary, ribbon-tied, luxury gift bag & a gift message at the basket stage.
